Womens Empowerment and Well-Being Therapeutic Group
This women's empowerment group, led by Emily Wing, LICSW, aims to provide a supportive space for meaningful conversations and personal growth.

Time: 6:00 PM - 7:00PM
Frequency: Bi-weekly
Location: Holliston Youth and Family Services
This group is part of our Holliston Mental Health Collaborative initiative, which makes local mental health resources accessible and affordable by bringing in outside resources that are low cost and reduce barriers for care. Our goal is to improve accessibility and resources available in the Holliston community. To learn more about this initiative click here.
Guided by Emily Wing, LICSW, this group will cover topics such as navigating adult friendships, parenting challenges, combating isolation, self-care, self-esteem, burnout, and stress management.

Introducing "The Empower Hour"
A psychoeducational Group for kids in grade 7-9
Starting this October, we are introducing "The Empower Hour" for youth in grades 7-9 created and facilitated by Holly Fischer-Engel, LICSW, a licensed therapist with extensive experience in youth empowerment and mental health.
Group Details:
Meeting Schedule: Tuesdays, 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM
Duration: 8 weeks, from October 3rd to December 5th, 2023
Location: Holliston Youth and Family Services, 1750 Washington Street, Holliston, MA 01746
Participants in "The Empower Hour" will work on the following goals:
Building self-esteem and self-confidence
Improving coping skills and emotional health
Practicing self-care and boundary setting
Strengthening social skills and connections
Practicing gratitude and promoting positive thinking
Making healthy choices to enhance physical, emotional, and social health
This group is limited to 8 participants to ensure a personalized and effective experience. The cost of the group is $400 for 8 weeks. Thanks to the generosity of our community partners, HYFS families will receive a 20% discount, bringing the cost down to $320.
