Chi Gong

Description: Studies continue to confirm the beneficial health-promoting results for older adults that can be attained from the regular practice of a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program such as Therapeutic Chi Gong. This is especially true in the area of mental and emotional outlook and enhanced cognitive function. Does it sound like it’s worth a try? Comfortable clothing is suggested.
