Sapphire Counseling

Sapphire Counseling is dedicated to creating a trusting and safe environment where we can work together in identifying and achieving your therapeutic goals.

I have over a decade of experience as a licensed social worker. I have worked mostly in recovery and grief support settings for those over 18. That being said, I have worked with people experiencing life transitions, depression, anxiety and a variety of other life and mental health stressors. While being solution focused, I think it is important to identify how our past informs our present.
