Tune Timers Band
Cost: $3.00 donation
Join Holliston Senior Center's own Tune Timers band every Friday from 1:00pm to 4:00pm as they bring back the old, and the not-so-old songs. This group is amazing and if you have not stopped in to hear them, you are truly missing out. There is plenty of room for parking and always room to dance. Light refreshments are also served.
Pool and Billiards
BILLARDS/ Pool Tournaments
Date: 1st and 3rd Tuesday Evenings starting at 4:00pm
Description: If playing pool is your thing, there are several options for you. Pool Tournaments are held twice a month on Tuesday evenings beginning at 4:00pm. Join the pool tournaments and meet new friends from Holliston and the surrounding towns. If you like a quieter game of pool, stop by anytime and enjoy a leisurely game. The tables are available on a first-come first-serve basis at no charge.
The pool room is open every day from 9 am to 4 pm.
Day: Twice-monthly on Wednesday afternoons. Please check the calendar for specific dates.
Time: 1 pm
Do you enjoy playing BINGO? Then join us on Wednesday afternoons at 1:00pm (please check calendar for specific dates) as Ruth and Nancy call out the numbers! There is no fee for playing BINGO and coffee is always served.
Day: Random days
Do you enjoy playing cribbage? Although there is no formal time or club for cribbage, you will find cribbage players many mornings in the lounge. And if you and your friends would like to play regularly, stop in and let us know, maybe we can start a tournament?
Day: Second Tuesday of each month
Cost: Suggested donation of $4.00
Description: The “Old Guys” prepare the breakfast for everyone, guys and gals. Come and enjoy a home cooked breakfast feast of scrambled eggs, bacon, hash brown potatoes, toast, pancakes, juice, and coffee. Anyone interested in attending can sign up by calling the receptionist at the senior center. All are welcome to join us some Tuesday for a good meal and great company.
You must sign up at least two days in advance

Description: Whether you are a seasoned photographer or just looking for help with techniques to use your new camera, this group is for you. Seasoned, experienced members of the group mentor the new budding photographers. Participants have the opportunity to bring photographs to the group for discussion and direction. Occasional field trips are planned to explore opportunities to photograph local treasures or enjoy the works of others. Bring your enthusiasm, technical questions or advice and help to share this wonderful art form.
Days: Tuesday and Thursday
Cost: There is no cost for this program
Description: For an invigorating walk, put on your sneakers and meet the gang at the Shrine on Summer Street. Take an energizing walk through the beautiful grounds and feel terrific for the rest of the day. Walks take place at 8:30 a.m., twice a week Tuesdays and Thursdays, rain or shine begining again in March of 2017. This is a drop in group, so Join in one or two days each week.
Day: 1st Tuesday of each month
Time: 10:00am - 12:00pm
Description: Each month, a new theme is chosen for which the members prepare a piece to share. During the meeting, all members prepare a 12 minute quick-write which are shared with all. The group has lots of fun as they listen, share thoughts and inspire each other. If you enjoy writing, this is the group for you. This program is free and open to all. No sign up required but check the newsletter for dates and discussion ideas.
