Zumba

Day: Tuesdays 
Time: 12:30 - 1:30pm
Cost: Donation of $4.00 per class
Instructor: Lourdes Fournier

This class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Class also focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance! Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. This class is exercise in disguise. Super Effective? Check! Super Fun? Check and Check! Available in-person at the Center or over Zoom. If you would like to attend in-person, all you need to do it show up! If you would like to participate over Zoom, please contact the Center so we can email the Zoom link to you. 

Yoga

Day: Mondays and Wednesdays
Time: 11:00 to 12:00pm
Cost: Donation of $4.00 per class
Instructor: Roberta Weiner

Yoga is a wonderful way to stay limber and get more energy! It can help boost your circulation, stretch and strengthen all your muscles, help you get a good night's sleep, and relax and de-stress you! Roberta Weiner, a Certified Kripalu and Hatha Yoga teacher who runs the Prana Center in Holliston, will be running our class. Available in-person at the Center or over Zoom. If you would like to attend in-person, all you need to do it show up! If you would like to participate over Zoom, please contact the Center so we can email the Zoom link to you. 

-Chair Yoga—FREE via HCAT. This program is geared toward those who would like to either try Yoga or for those who aren’t interested in the full Yoga class on the floor matts.  Roberta will be recording this class each month on Holliston’s Cable channel.  HCAT will publish the schedule each month and you will be able to join in whenever you want.  There is no donation requested for this class.

Pilates

Day: Thursdays
Time: 9:00 to 10:00am 
Cost: Donation of $4.00 per class

Join Sharon Broadley-Martin and improve your strength, balance and circulation through a whole-body workout. Pilates is over Zoom for every class, except the last class of the month when everyone meets in-person at the Senior Center. Contact the Senior Center if interested so we can send you the Zoom link!

-Pilates on HCAT.  This program is a pre-taped program with Instructor Allie Barrett.  Allie was an instructor at the Senior Center prior to her relocation.  HCAT will publish the schedule each month and you will be able to join in whenever you want.  There is no donation requested for this class.

Energy Focus Movement

Days: Tuesday at 10:30 am & Thursday at 10:30 am
Cost: Donation of $4.00 per class
Instructor: Linda Bellefeuille

Focus your energy on three cornerstones to ensure a more active life: Balance…physical and energetic; Strength… maintain or regain; Flexibility…from surviving to thriving. Linda Bellefeuille is an experienced, licensed and certified instructor who will help you customize your moves to match your needs. Laughter is included! Come sign up, love it and make it a great part of your week. Classes are held in-person and you don't need to sign up. 

Tai Chi

Day: Mondays
Time: 1:30 to 2:30pm
Cost: Donation of $4.00 per class

Come learn the ancient art of Tai Chi!  Often referred to as “meditation in motion,” Tai Chi provides an internal mind-body system for improved health, balance, strength and well-being. Classes are held in-person and you do not need to sign up. 

Walking Fitness

Day: Wednesdays
Time: 9:30 to 10:30am
Cost: None
Instructor: None

This is a free, video-led, in-place walking program that will be run on Holliston’s Cable channel.  Be prepared to work up a sweat while walking in place with different levels of walking.  This program provides a great cardio workout, brain power, waistline trimming, and overall fitness.  There is no donation requested for this class.
