Staff under 18 need to obtain their work permit prior to turning in seasonal paperwork. Print and fill out the work permit application at the bottom of this page to the high school to have it completed. (if you are currently 15, you need a doctor's signature before heading to the high school.)
Weekly Staff Time sheet Form - Due Every Sunday by 8pm.
Time Off Request Form (Due June 15th)
T-shirt vote/size and dietary preferences (Due May 1st)
Group Me App - download and set up before Monday 6/24/24
