Location/View
The second phase of the
project will develop the remainder of the CSX railbed in Holliston, which runs from the
Sherborn town line, crosses Rte. 16 by Creative Playthings, proceeds down Woodland Street
past the schools, the historic arched bridges (see picture at right), Casey's Crossing,
and through the center of town soutwestward to join the Phase 1 section at Cross Street.
The Town of Holliston is currently in negotiation with CSX for the purchase and/or lease of the land. The trail is not open for use until improvements are made.
