Mission Statement
The mission of the Board of Health is twofold: to promote and protect the public health and safety, and to protect the environment.
The Board seeks to meet these goals through proactive service, by continually reviewing and expanding our efforts in response to the needs of the community, and by serving as a resource for residents and other boards/committees.
Additionally, it is our responsibility to promulgate and ensure compliance with Health Department, Town, and State regulations under our jurisdiction.
