Republic Services takes great pride in serving the residents of Holliston. Every day, our employees fulfill a promise to our customers – to collect and manage their recycling and waste with precision and consistency.
Recently, we came up short on that commitment and our collections were behind. Although we are almost completely caught up, there are a small number of streets that are still delayed by one day. We are working diligently to catch up on those routes as quickly as possible. We have pulled resources and equipment from nearby operations to supplement our normal routes and we are committed to being completely caught up and back on schedule by the end of this week, meaning all routes will return to the normal schedule by Monday, June 11.
What does that mean for the residents? We ask that you put your waste and recycling containers out on your designated day and we will be there to provide the service as scheduled. We have a supervisor assigned to check in with our dispatch teams and our drivers throughout the day and to then provide an update to the Town Manager each afternoon on the status of our routes for that day.
For the past 25 years it has been our honor and privilege to serve the residents of Holliston. We are dedicated to the communities in which we live and work. Everything we do is for our customers – so even one moment of frustration by a customer is not acceptable. We thank you for the opportunity to serve this community.
